About Me
Whether you're navigating change, seeking stability, or looking to reconnect with yourself, therapy with me is a compassionate and a collaborative space where you are met with empathy, respect, and hope.
I’m a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish) with a Master’s degree from Rhode Island College, working primarily with young adults and adults. I have a special interest in supporting individuals through life transitions, as well as those experiencing depression, anxiety, and perinatal mental health concerns. I have been in the mental health world for more than 10years supporting individuals and families in various settings, from home-based, to outpatient integrated services.
My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) principles, shaped not only by clinical training but also by my own lived experience. I understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed or uncertain—and I believe that meaningful growth is possible with the right support. As a Christian, my faith influences the way I care for others. When it aligns with your goals, I offer space to explore the integration of emotional and spiritual well-being in a way that feels authentic and safe for you.
